Hello!
We are Hazelrock Coffee + Sweets, a cafe serving specialty coffee with an on-site bakery, making fresh pastries daily and cakes made-to-order. We also serve snow-style shaved ice, made from scratch. We strive to make things the right way without shortcuts. Quality ingredients and customer satisfaction are our priorities.
We are lucky to be located in the vibrant city of Tempe, Arizona, right next to Arizona State University. Our new home is Cornerstone Plaza at the corner of South Rural Road and University Avenue.
Our cafe is scheduled to open in Spring 2015, and we have been working for over a year to pull this project together. Over the past three months, we have been practicing our recipes and techniques while making new friends in the community. Our friends at Cortez Coffee have generously provided us with their facilities so that we could begin training our baristas while our cafe is under construction.
